ByTheOwner.com recently passed the 5000 SOLD properties mark in 2007. This is an incredible accomplishment, as it is an increase of more than 40% over 2006 results. ByTheOwner.com is on pace to sell more than 1% of all the homes in Canada this year. Our sold results do not include the sold properties from our partner sites (OKhomeseller.com, Saskhouses.com, and nfprivatesale.com).
