Real Estate Agents In Barrie Are On The Defensive
It looks like the Barrie Real Estate board is trying to use billboard advertising to promote their services…or perhaps they are cross training to become doctors?

Insult us yes! And try and make us believe we need an agent!
Just more of the same type of pschological tactics that are turning consumers away from agents to begin with!

since the internet, agents are useless, the lawyers provide all the paperwork anyway and make sure there are no errors, agents dont even do that for ya
look at the listings on mls.ca, agents only put 1 or 2 pics and a lousy description, they don’t even take the time to do it nice
in addition ive got nothing but bad advice from them in the past, usually they want me to buy buy buy or sell sell sell no matter what the price, and advise to take almost any price
agents are insane
